Went to Auckland for a short trip this week and encountered companies there facing similar issues and challenges in organising their data and building a solid foundation for their AI projects.
Everyone is keen to pursue Gen AI and autonomous solutions; not everyone is ready for the leap.
How do we move from planning these amazing projects that look great on paper to successful execution without failing?
If we could improve our scoping mechanism to, in some degree, reduce the project risk, I beliave execs will be more open to allocate better resoirces to projects.
I would like to know if there’s a framework or playbook that allows companies to move faster, knowing their AI project risks are minimal.
